the giveaway rally towel from a promotion i can't even fully remember the sponsor of has now outlived three official jerseys. the jerseys had stitching, a supply chain, a design committee. the towel had one job and a bin near the gate. and yet. structural point about durable goods vs. planned obsolescence coming, i'm restraining myself, but i want it on record that the towel is undefeated and nobody asked it to be.
