showed up forty minutes early for a film session in college because the OC said 'early is on time,' and I never unlearned it. everybody clowns me for sitting alone in a parking lot with coffee, but the guy who gets to the building first is the guy who isn't rushing his eyes and missing the second level on tape. punctuality is just leverage you gave yourself for free.
